    Ha! I had a guy at the gym a few days back who tried to race me :) He thought I was going for speed, but I was going for distance. He tapped out :)

    Yeah, I'm TOTALLY guilty of the treadmill one. :( Not proud of that. Usually because I try to speed up and then the entire thing bites me in the butt when I have to finish early. WHEN WILL I LEARN!? :)

    That treadmill one is applicable to elliptical machines. I've been racing people all week. I'm pretty sure I'm winning.
