Friday Fun Words

Hiya everyone! Yvie's back, babies, to provide you with definitions to word verification words. All so you, my adoring public, can increase your vocabulary. Something every ape-shoot off should strive to do.

I know Mom likes to talk about foodstuffs and delicious things she eats, and now it's my turn.
The other day we didn't get our morning walk because it was storming (and no dog in their right mind walks in the rain) but one of the best things about a storm is the worms.
Yes, the worms. I love to eat those slimy buggers. They are delish. You should try it sometime.

Onto the words!

Burat - the brattiest of all the burrs

Wingsh - quiet wings. Like owls

Imasing - when you sing in your head

Paliceial - a giant ice castle (this is actually a real thing in MN, during our Winter Carnival)

Garph - Graphs for gar

And that's it for this week, ape-friends! Have a nice weekend!

  2. Worms?? Maybe I'll have to try that next time it rains and they come up out of the ground. Er, maybe not. I'll give one to my dog and see what they say, though. ;-)

    Have a great weekend!

  4. Our dog used to prefer ripe strawberries to worms. We never got one because she could smell them out quicker than we could find them :-( for us and ;-) for her.

  5. Christine - ooh me too. me too

Justine - i would actually try and avoid it. It makes walks a pain in the ass when they're frantically searching for worms to eat

Cruella - wingsh would indeed be awesome

Al - well at least strawberry breath is better than worm breath

  8. I will never forget the time our golden retriever found about an inch of a worm sticking out of the dirt, and proceeded to pull out the entire thing and eat it. It was a nightcrawler, about 5-6 inches long.

I didn't let him kiss me for a while.

That ice palace is SO COOL! I wanna visit!

    Also, owls are awesome.

What a lovely pic! I love that you're sticking your tongue out at me, or are you licking your whiskers after eating worms? LOL!
