In Which I Got A New Tattoo

So I know I've mentioned my Tattoos on here before and here's another post!

I had a quill tattoo on my shoulder.

I can't remember how old it was, but not that old. But it started to fade really badly, until parts of it were almost gone.

I still wanted a quill tattoo, so I decided to get a new one. I'd been planning on it for awhile and finally just decided to do it.  Here are the final results:

What do you think? And do you have any tattoos?

  1. No tattoos - I couldn't handle the pain.
That one shouldn't fade on you!

  2. Cool. And it looks pretty on your shoulder.

No tattoos for me. I'm a chicken when it comes to getting stabbed with a needle. LOL.

  4. It's gorgeous!

No ink for me. I know I'd get addicted to it for sure.

  6. Love it! It looks great!

I've a tattoo of a vampire glyph (Blade) on the back of my neck, and I've some symbols from the Legacy of Kain video games on my shoulder. I want to get a tattoo of Mjolnir on my arm at some point too

  7. Absolutely gorgeous! No tattoos yet. I know, right? I'm hoping within the next year to get one on my forearm. The gaelic saying, a wave rises on quiet waters. It suits my temperance. (Hugs)Indigo

  8. I just got my first tattoo in June for my birthday. It's also a feather quill, but just a simple outline on my right wrist (the hand I write with). I adore yours, though! All those colors...it's gorgeous! I plan on getting mine filled in at some point, but not in the immediate future.

  9. Gorgeous. I absolutely LOVE the colors. I have dragon on my back (who else would you have watch your back?), and I definitely plan to get another. I'm thinking something to commemorate some point in my writing career... Or you know, just something awesome.

    Decisions, decisions.

  10. Wow, the colors are so brilliant! I had one done (a moon and stars) about, ahem, thirty years ago. It's faded so badly now. Don't know if I'll have it redone or not. Half the time I forget I even have it.

  12. If I get my hand stamped, I can't wait to wash it off...

But that is beautiful, Sarah. And you've added such depth and color... it's sure come a long way since the first draft!
